The season four premiere of Grace, titled Dead Man’s Time, airs on ITV1 on Sunday, 1 September 2024, from 8.00 pm to 10.00 pm.

In this episode, a brutal robbery occurs at a secluded house in Brighton, pulling Detective Superintendent Roy Grace (John Simm) and DS Glenn Branson (Richie Campbell) into a challenging investigation. Thousands of pounds’ worth of antiques are stolen, and the owner is left fighting for her life. However, it seems the true target of the robbery is a different item altogether, one with deep sentimental value to the homeowner and her brother (played by guest star Robert Glenister), a celebrated antiques dealer.

This particular item is connected to a fascinating mystery from the 1960s in East London, where their father was involved in a painful incident that changed their lives forever. As Grace digs deeper into the case, he uncovers a web of ancient grudges and finds himself in a race against time to recover the stolen item and catch the perpetrators.
