Things heat up – or rather, cool down – in the kitchen as “Great British Menu” reaches its dessert finale. This Thursday, the remaining chefs present their final sweet creations, each vying for a coveted spot at the grand banquet celebrating great Britons. It’s their last chance to impress the judges, and the pressure is on.
Michelin-starred chefs Tom Kerridge and Lorna McNee join comedian Ed Gamble and the ever-critical Dame Prue Leith at the judges’ table. Together, they must choose the best dessert course from a selection of eight, each inspired by iconic figures from British history. The challenge? To create a dish that not only tastes divine but also captures the essence of their chosen Briton.
