The culinary crucible that is Great British Menu continues, with the two top chefs from South West England facing the ultimate test. They’ve sweated through the heats; now, they must recreate their six-course menus for a judging panel that’s as formidable as any Michelin-starred establishment.
The panel includes Michelin-starred chef Tom Kerridge, former Great British Menu Champion Lorna McNee, and comedian Ed Gamble. A high caliber judging panel ready to pick apart the chefs’ culinary creations. The guest judge, Professor Tracy Daszkiewicz, adds a fascinating, and slightly unexpected, element.
