Three Welsh chefs remain, each hoping their dishes celebrating great Britons will earn them a coveted spot in the final. But only two can advance, which means one chef will soon be singing their swan song. Two of the dishes take direct inspiration from Thomas himself. One chef presents a Welsh lamb dish, attempting to capture the essence of the poet’s homeland.
