The heat is on once again in the iconic white tent as another batch of celebrities brave the challenges of “The Great Celebrity Bake Off.” This week, Kate Garraway, Phil Wang, Gbemisola Ikumelo, and Sophie Willan trade their usual tools of the trade for whisks, spatulas, and a whole lot of flour.
The Signature challenge calls for mini loaf cakes, a deceptively simple task that often separates the wheat from the chaff, so to speak. Next, the celebrities face a spicy Technical challenge designed to test their ability to follow instructions under pressure. Finally, the Showstopper gives them a chance to reveal their hidden talents, or lack thereof, with the ever-tricky world of choux pastry.
With new judge Caroline Waldegrave joining the ever-watchful Paul Hollywood, and the dynamic duo of Noel Fielding and Alison Hammond providing their signature blend of humor and support, this episode is sure to be a recipe for entertainment.
