“Grey’s Anatomy,” the medical drama that’s been a fixture on ABC for two decades, returns this Thursday with a blend of familiar faces and new challenges. “Jump (for My Love)” brings Meredith and Nick back together at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital, where they’ll team up to care for a patient in need of a liver transplant.
