Calling all Flavortown fanatics! Guy Fieri is about to unleash his most epic culinary showdown yet. The five-part tournament “GGG G.O.A.T.” kicks off this Wednesday on Food Network, and it’s going to be a battle for the ages.
Eight past “GGG” champions will face off in some of Guy’s most insane grocery games, all vying for the ultimate title: Greatest of All Time. Oh, and did we mention the $70,000 grand prize?
In “Part 1,” the chefs get their first taste of the G.O.A.T treatment, tasked with creating a perfect handheld dish using only the ingredients they can physically carry. For the bottom three chefs, it’s straight to a sudden-death elimination round, where they have a mere 20 minutes to whip up a Sunday supper. Two chefs will be going home empty-handed.
“GGG G.O.A.T. Part 1” airs Wednesday, May 7th at 9:00 PM ET on Food Network.
