“Hell’s Kitchen” is back, and as usual, things are about to get heated. This week, the eight remaining chefs face the daunting International Cuisine Challenge. Picture this: culinary chaos as they’re randomly assigned a global cuisine to master, likely leading to some truly bizarre (and possibly inedible) creations.
But the real drama unfolds during the annual Charity Night, benefiting The American Heart Association and the Connecticut Chapter of The Special Olympics. The pressure mounts as the chefs prepare to serve a high-stakes dinner for the charities’ VIPs, including soap opera royalty, Susan Lucci.
The tension in the kitchen is guaranteed to reach a boiling point. Will someone mistake salt for sugar? Will a soufflé spontaneously combust? The presence of Ms. Lucci herself adds another element of unpredictability to the already volatile mix. Can these aspiring culinary stars rise to the occasion and create a meal fit for daytime television’s elite while also supporting a good cause? One thing’s for sure: there will be tears, tantrums, and probably a few torched appetizers. Tune in to see who can handle the heat – and who gets burned.
“Hell’s Kitchen” airs Thursday, January 2, 2025, from 8:00-9:01 PM ET/PT on FOX.
