MTV’s “Help! I’m in a Secret Relationship!” returns this Tuesday with another puzzling case of hidden romance. In “Jake & Sarah,” we meet a couple whose relationship seems to have hit a snag. For Jake, things with Sarah moved fast; he saw a future, the whole nine yards. But there’s a catch: Sarah’s been keeping him under wraps, hidden from view like a shameful secret.
