Remember Rachel and Ryan Carr from “The Block”? They’re back, and this time, they’re building for themselves. Nine’s new series “Holiday Home Makeover with Rachel and Ryan” follows the couple as they tackle a sprawling renovation project on the South Coast of New South Wales. Their goal: to transform a tired property into the ultimate coastal escape for their family – and eventually, for holiday renters, too.
But with three young children adding to the usual construction chaos, sticking to a tight schedule is easier said than done. Expect the typical building dramas, design dilemmas, and the inevitable strain on Rachel and Ryan’s relationship as they juggle family life with the pressures of a major renovation. They’ll also have to impress a panel of interior design influencers.
