Hollywood star Jason Momoa to read CBeebies Bedtime Story

This week on CBeebies Bedtime Stories, Jason Momoa, Tom Hardy, Mr Motivator, Talia Mar, and Gaz Coombes will be reading children’s books, along with multiple members of the UK Armed Forces.

Celebrity Bedtime Stories: Highly Anticipated Line-Up

Jason Momoa has recorded a Bedtime Story for the children’s television programme CBeebies. He reads the children’s classic tale ‘Tiddler’ by Julia Donaldson and illustrated by Axel Scheffler, a story about a little fish with a big imagination. The Aquaman star shared that ‘The Gruffalo’ by the same authors is one of his favourite books to read to his children, expressing his happiness to read another story by Donaldson and Scheffler for the show.

The programme will air on Friday 22 December at 6.50pm on CBeebies and BBC iPlayer. Momoa’s story tops off a week of celebrity readings for the show’s Christmas week. Other celebrity readers include Tom Hardy, Mr Motivator, Talia Mar, Gaz Coombes, and members of the UK Armed Forces.

Tom Hardy’s story, ‘Tisha and the Blossom’, encourages slowing down and taking notice of the world around us. Mr Motivator reads ‘Into the Wild’ about a boy who learns that nature is everywhere, even in the city. Talia Mar reads ‘Princesses Break Free’, while Gaz Coombes reads ‘Ella May Does It Her Way’. Jason Momoa also reads ‘Tiddler’ and is followed by a reading of ‘The Invisible String’ by multiple UK Armed Forces members.
