As Rose prepares to confront Simon Henderson himself, everyone agrees that he needs to be held accountable for his actions.
Meanwhile, Mackenzie has had enough of Mali interfering with her love life after getting intimate with her doctor Levi. She decides it’s time for a “girls’ day” and calls Felicity and Eden over for some quality time together. During their gathering, Mackenzie reflects on her future with Levi and begins to doubt whether they can truly have a lasting relationship due to his commitment to his city-based team.
As Felicity moves on from her past with Tane and Eden supports her wholeheartedly, the conversation turns towards Felicity’s dating prospects. It becomes clear that she is ready to start exploring new possibilities.
When Mali returns later on, Mackenzie sets boundaries but also appreciates his desire to support her. They agree to be friends, with Mackenzie wanting the freedom to make her own decisions.
