Home and Away features a special Queensland-based storyline starting Monday, March 10th, on Seven, with the return of Ziggy (Sophie Dillman) and Dean (Patrick O’Connor). The episodes, filmed in locations including Airlie Beach and Daydream Island, quickly turn dramatic.

Here’s the Lowdown: Levi (Tristan Gorey) surprises Mackenzie (Emily Weir) with a trip to Queensland to meet her half-brother, Dean. Dean and Ziggy, who left Summer Bay for Queensland in March 2023 with their baby, Izzy, are initially part of a family reunion. However, Dean distrusts Levi due to Levi’s past infidelity.

What This Means Now: After a rocky start, and some advice from Ziggy, Dean attempts to bond with Levi. The four go on a sightseeing trip, including a catamaran cruise. Despite this, tension remains between Dean and Levi.

The Bigger Picture: The seemingly friendly trip takes a dark turn when Ziggy and Mackenzie are kidnapped by escaped prisoners. Dean and Levi, previously at odds, must now work together to rescue them, leading to a high-speed chase. This storyline brings together relationship drama with action, setting up a major crisis for the characters. The action all starts on Monday, March 10.
