The long-running property auction series Homes Under the Hammer is back with another trio of projects, including one in Devon with a particularly unique design sensibility. This week, the show’s presenters head to the Jurassic Coast, east London, and Yorkshire to see what new owners have planned for their auction buys.
Martin Roberts has the most unusual visit, stopping by a one-bedroom flat on the Jurassic Coast where the new owners have a taste for the gothic. The “vampire” vibes of the interior design give Martin plenty to talk about. Elsewhere, Jacqui Joseph is in east London trying to solve a structural puzzle: is the property she’s visiting two separate flats or one single house? Her attempts to get a definitive answer form the core of her segment.
Finally, Dion Dublin is in Yorkshire to check on a three-bedroom semi. In a common occurrence for the show, he arrives to find that work is already well underway, giving him a head start on seeing the new owner’s vision for the place.
Homes Under the Hammer airs on BBC One, Tuesday, 17 June at 11:15 AM GMT.
