The comedic trio of Murr, Q, and Sal return to TBS this Thursday with a fresh batch of awkward encounters and public humiliation. In “Impractical Jokers: Off the Wheels,” the guys are, as usual, up to no good, subjecting themselves – and unsuspecting strangers – to a series of cringe-inducing challenges.
The episode kicks off with a documentary-style interview featuring the Jokers alongside a mystery guest. Imagine trying to maintain a straight face while your friends are busy making fools of themselves next to you on camera. Then, the guys take on the role of hotel concierges, attempting to upcharge guests for everything from extra pillows to imaginary services. It’s a recipe for uncomfortable – and hilarious – situations.
As always, the Joker who fails the most challenges faces a truly punishing final punishment. This time, it involves a Peloton bike and what can only be described as an exercise in disaster.
“Impractical Jokers” relies on the chemistry between its stars, their ability to improvise, and their willingness to push the boundaries of good taste. “Off the Wheels” seems to have all the ingredients for another round of laugh-out-loud moments.
