This Sunday, Ina Garten’s barn is getting a dose of Michelin-star magic. Eric Ripert, the culinary force behind Le Bernardin, joins the Barefoot Contessa for a chat and some serious cooking.
While Garten tempts Ripert with a French Apple Tart, a nostalgic nod to his childhood, he returns the favor by demonstrating a dish that seems far too fancy for a home cook: Seared Tuna with a Ginger Soy Salad.
