Airing on Channel 5 on Saturday, 4 May, the episode explores the inner workings of the castle, with Xand, JJ, and Raksha uncovering the stories behind the majestic walls. They examine the royals’ military workouts, healthy smoothies, and the horrors hidden in Queen Charlotte’s hairdo.
The presenters also provide an inside look at the breakfast traditions, comparing a full English breakfast to what would have been served to King George III. They explore the stunning architecture, ancient rituals, and the unique blend of royalty and modern life within the castle walls.
