You really can’t keep a good series down so it’s great to see ITV confirming the return of the much loved period crime drama Foyle’s War for three more (and this time we’d have to bet on it being the final batch of episodes ever) feature length stories.
We known that Foyle, still played by the fabulous Michael Kitchen of course, is now working for MI5 in a post war Britain but we can’t reveal too much at this stage however the lovely Honeysuckle Weeks is back as Samantha Stewart. Also on board as part of the regular cast are Rupert Vandsiittart, Daniel Weyman and Ellie Haddington. The first episode is called High Castle.
