James Martin is back in his Hampshire kitchen this Wednesday, July 2, ready to whip up another round of crowd-pleasing meals for his Midweek Menu. Airing at 2:00 PM GMT on ITV1, this episode features an assortment of culinary hits and celebrity company, including DJ Jordan North, along with etiquette expert William Hanson.
The cooking agenda looks like a good one: Martin will prepare a sea bass ceviche, brightened with unusual herbs, and tackle the classic chicken pie, aiming for what he calls the “definitive” version. Chef Lesley Waters will add her own beef stroganoff to the mix.
