Chef James Martin fires up the stove once more with a new episode of James Martin’s Midweek Menu airing Tuesday, 3 June, at 2:00 PM on ITV1. This week, it’s model and presenter Lisa Snowden who gets the VIP treatment, settling in for a bespoke French cuisine feast prepared by the host himself.
But before the main event, Martin will tackle a plate of Welsh salt marsh lamb, pick up new skills from baker Richard Bertinet on the art of perfect puffballs, and give viewers a masterclass in the often-underestimated art of making custard. Joining the culinary lineup are chefs Claude Bosi and Jonny Lake.
