Jason also presents his interpretation of the French classic, tarte tatin, adding his signature modern touch to this well-loved dessert.
Meanwhile, Ranvir Singh explores Alserkal Avenue, a cultural hub, where she meets chef Keren Ye. Keren introduces Ranvir to her unique creation, the Bakewell croissant, a fusion of British and French pastry traditions.
