The Jeopardy! round featured the categories THAT’S SO 1990s, MICHIGAN, 4-SYLLABLE WORDS, I GOT RHYTHM, THE MAIL PERSPECTIVE, and TV COUPLING. Adriana took an early lead, answering the first Daily Double question in the 4-SYLLABLE WORDS category. She wagered $2,000 and gave the correct response, “What is pedestrian?” entering Double Jeopardy! with a score of $5,800. Kevin and Amogha trailed with $4,400 and $1,000, respectively.

The Double Jeopardy! round introduced new categories: BIBLICAL GEOGRAPHY, BRAVING THE ELEMENTS’ SYMBOLS, MOVIES’ OPENING LINES, AMERICANA, A LITTLE KNOWLEDGE, and A DANGEROUS THING. Adriana continued to dominate, answering the second Daily Double correctly and adding $3,000 to her total. Kevin stayed competitive, ensuring he was within striking distance of Adriana’s lead heading into Final Jeopardy!. The scores going into the final round were Adriana at $19,600, Kevin with $13,600, and Amogha at $3,600.

The Final Jeopardy! category was WORLD LEADERS, and the clue was about a poem discussed during Richard Nixon’s 1972 presidential visit. Both Adriana and Amogha provided the correct response, identifying the leader as Mao Zedong (Chairman Mao). Adriana’s strategic wager of $7,800 secured her victory, bringing her total earnings to $27,400 for the day and an impressive eight-day total of $183,100.

Final scores for the episode were: Adriana $27,400, Kevin $7,300, Amogha $5,200.
