Final Jeopardy! presented a clue about a medieval mathematician who introduced Arabic numerals to a wider audience. All three contestants correctly identified Fibonacci, but it was Matt Amodio’s calculated wager that secured his victory. His bet of 15,601 brought his final score to 45,601, pushing him past Roger Craig’s 30,397. Juveria Zaheer ended the game with a respectable 1,500.
