ABC’s late-night stage is set for a particularly eclectic mix of guests this Wednesday as Jimmy Kimmel Live! lines up a bill that spans from Paddy’s Pub to the alternative rock scene. Charlie Day, of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia fame, takes the top spot, likely bringing his signature chaotic energy to the interview chair.
Joining him is Jeff Ross, the so-called Roastmaster General, whose presence suggests the evening’s comedy will have a sharper, more pointed edge. Ross, a veteran of countless celebrity roasts, rarely holds back, and his interaction with Kimmel should make for some memorable television.
Rounding out the evening is a musical performance from the Pixies. The legendary band, known for its influential sound that helped shape the alternative rock landscape of the late ‘80s and early ‘90s, will bring a dose of gravitas to the proceedings.
Jimmy Kimmel Live! airs weeknights at 11:35 PM ET on ABC.
