“Julia” Season Two Premieres November 16 on Max

The second season of the Max Original series JULIA is set to premiere on Thursday, November 16. The season will consist of eight episodes, with three episodes debuting on the premiere date, followed by one episode released weekly until December 21.
In season 2 Julia now has her cooking show on the air and is dealing with the challenges that come with her newfound celebrity status. She must navigate the changes that her success has brought, not only for herself but also for her colleagues and her show. As the season progresses, Julia and her husband Paul return from France to find that her success has had a significant impact on their lives. With her characteristic enthusiasm and zest for life, Julia and her team must navigate various obstacles, including dealing with WGBH, the White House, and a threat from their past. Alongside these challenges, they continue to champion female-driven public television and address social issues that are still prevalent today.
The cast for season 2 will include returning series regulars such as Sarah Lancashire, David Hyde Pierce, Bebe Neuwirth, Brittany Bradford, Fran Kranz, Fiona Glascott, and Robert Joy.
JULIA is produced by Lionsgate and 3 Arts Entertainment. The person in charge of running the show is Chris Keyser, who is also an executive producer along with the creator of the show, Daniel Goldfarb. Other executive producers include Erwin Stoff from 3 Arts Entertainment, Kimberly Carver, Charles McDougall, Donna Bloom, and Erica Lipez. Todd Schulkin is a consulting producer on behalf of The Julia Child Foundation for Gastronomy and the Culinary Arts.
