Karamo, Syndicated, Week of January 27

Karamo Key Art

This week on Karamo, prepare for a whirlwind of paternity mysteries, accusations of drugging, and the kind of relationship turmoil that makes you grateful for your own relatively mundane existence.

Starting Monday, January 27, Zach confronts Juliet about her “intimate career,” leaving the future of their relationship uncertain. Meanwhile, Karamo attempts a technological intervention with unwed parents Naomi and Jae, whose abusive relationship has reached a breaking point. Will unlocking their phones reveal the truth, or just add fuel to the fire?

Tuesday’s episode introduces Sabrina, an adoptee whose recent reunion with her biological family hits a snag thanks to an argument with her potential aunt. We also meet Nina, who claims her stepfather transformed into a “monster” after marrying her mother. Sure, “monster” is a loaded term, but daytime TV thrives on such hyperbole.

Wednesday’s paternity-palooza features Wayne, a father of 12 who now questions whether he’s actually the biological dad to five of his children. Elsewhere, a brotherly loan turns into a gambling accusation when Ibrahim suspects Deniro of squandering his $1,000 investment. Deniro, naturally, claims he was robbed. Because who needs to pay back a loan when you can just blame a random mugging?

Thursday sees Makayla accusing her former best friend of drugging her during a medical emergency. One hopes Karamo can offer something more than finger-pointing. We’ll also witness Amirah’s 31-year quest to find her biological father. Will this be a heartwarming reunion, or another paternity puzzle for the Karamo team to untangle?

Finally, Friday brings us Keith, who claims he wasn’t surprised to learn he might be Lataesia’s father but chose to remain absent to avoid disrupting her life. Right. We’ll file that one under “convenient excuses.” And in a twist worthy of a telenovela, Neffie discovers her fiancé, Zach, impregnated another woman. Seriously, what is in the water in Karamo’s green room?

This week’s Karamo sounds less like a talk show and more like a masterclass in dysfunctional relationships. Is it exploitative? Maybe a little. Will it be compelling viewing? Absolutely. Tune in to Karamo, airing weekdays in syndication. Check your local listings for showtimes.
