In Milton Keynes, a 1920s three-bedroom home becomes the battleground for another round of Love It or List It. Homeowners Anne-Marie and Paul find themselves at odds over their property’s future. Paul, weary of his long commute and the house’s persistent challenges, is firmly in the “List It” camp. Anne-Marie, however, remains attached to the location and believes in the house’s untapped potential.
Kirstie Allsopp, armed with a £50,000 “Love It” budget (which takes an unexpected hit thanks to an urgent roof repair), sets out to transform the property and sway Anne-Marie and Paul to stay. Meanwhile, Phil Spencer, with a £500,000 “List It” budget, scours Rugby for potential new homes that meet the couple’s needs.
Will Kirstie’s renovations be enough to overcome the roof repair setback and convince Anne-Marie and Paul to love their current home, or will Phil’s property prowess persuade them to list it and start anew? The couple bought the house six years ago, pre-children, adding another wrinkle to their current dilemma.
