The BBC has revealed the first look at Kit Harington’s debut in the upcoming third season of its acclaimed drama series Industry. Harington, best known for his role as Jon Snow in Game of Thrones, joins the cast as Henry Muck, a British aristocrat turned CEO in the cut-throat world of finance.

Industry Season 3 First Look

The first images from the new season offer a glimpse into the lives of the ambitious characters. They show Harington’s Henry engaged in a meeting with Robert (Harry Lawtey), one of the show’s central characters, while Harper (Myha’la Herrold), another key player, is seen in a separate scene, talking on the phone.

The show’s writers have teased that this season will expand the world of Industry, exploring the intersection of finance with politics and other sectors. In one of the released images, we see Eric (Ken Leung), Anna (Elena Saurel), and Henry together on a panel at a climate investment summit, suggesting that the show will continue to engage with relevant and timely topics.

Industry Season 3

Season three will see the return of fan-favourite characters, including Yasmin (Marisa Abela), who, along with Robert and Eric, will be front and center in the company’s IPO struggles. Meanwhile, Harper, who left Pierpoint at the end of the previous season, is determined to reclaim her place in the finance world and forms an unexpected alliance with Petra Koenig (Sarah Goldberg), a portfolio manager.

Industry Season 3

Industry, created and written by Mickey Down and Konrad Kay, first premiered in 2020 and quickly gained a dedicated following for its portrayal of the intense competition among young graduates at the prestigious investment bank Pierpoint & Co. The show has been praised for its exploration of the ethical dilemmas and power dynamics within the high-stakes world of finance.
