Gordon Ramsay, the culinary world’s answer to a drill sergeant, descends upon Houston, Texas, this week to tackle a breakfast empire teetering on the brink of collapse. Kings Blu Jam Cafe, specializing in the most important meal of the day (and lunch, apparently), is drowning in a sea of syrup and family dysfunction.
