“Krapopolis,” the animated comedy set in mythical ancient Greece, is back this Sunday with a new episode titled “Don Tyxote.” Expect shenanigans aplenty as Ty, sporting a fancy new suit and a newfound sense of confidence, gets a rather ambitious idea: invading Persia.
While Ty’s off on his ill-advised military adventure, Hippo is left in charge, tasked with defending the throne and keeping Krapopolis from descending into utter chaos. Because, let’s face it, without Ty’s unique brand of leadership (or lack thereof), things could get dicey. Elsewhere in the dysfunctional family, Deliria and Shlub find themselves engaged in some playful role-playing, which, knowing them, will probably involve more absurdity than actual romance.
With a voice cast featuring Hannah Waddingham, Richard Ayoade, Matt Berry, Pam Murphy, and Duncan Trussell, “Krapopolis” consistently delivers a mix of sharp wit and silly situations. Tune in to FOX this Sunday, May 11 at 9:02 PM ET to see how Ty’s Persian invasion plays out.
