Animated mayhem returns to ancient Greece this Sunday with a new episode of “Krapopolis.” In “Number Twos,” airing at 9:30 PM ET/PT on FOX, both Ty and Stupe find themselves in need of some extra hands – or tentacles, or whatever appendages their potential assistants might possess. Tyrannis, voiced with deadpan brilliance by Richard Ayoade, begins his search for an assistant, trying his best not to judge a book by its cover (or a cyclops by its single, enormous eye). Meanwhile, Stupendous also seeks an assistant, adding another layer of potential chaos to the mix.
Elsewhere in Krapopolis, Hippo (Duncan Trussell) plans a romantic getaway with Daphne, envisioning a peaceful retreat. But his hopes are dashed when his ever-present parents decide to tag along. Because nothing says romance like a parental chaperone.
With a voice cast that includes Hannah Waddingham as Deliria and Matt Berry as Shlub, “Krapopolis” consistently delivers goofy humor and mythological mishaps.
