So, Hoda Kotb’s leaving the Today show. Big news in the morning TV world, the kind of shake-up that sends ripples through the caffeinated masses. And where’s she going to spill the tea, or perhaps more accurately, the orange juice? Right over to her NBC colleague Seth Meyers’ couch, of course. This Wednesday, December 18, Kotb joins Meyers on Late Night and she will probably discuss her departure, offering viewers some insight into her decision.
While Kotb’s exit from Today is the main draw, the Late Night booking desk isn’t phone it in for the rest of the show. Christopher Abbott, known for his work in Girls, Catch-22, and Possessor, will also be stopping by. He’ll be chatting about Kraven the Hunter, Sony’s Spider-Man-adjacent villain flick. Considering the reception to Morbius and recent Spider-Verse shenanigans, Abbott might need Meyers’ wry humor as a buffer.
Tune in to Late Night with Seth Meyers on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at 12:35 am on NBC.
