On Tuesday night Late Night With Seth Meyers welcomes Mia Farrow and Patti LuPone, Myha’la Herrold and author Simon Rich.
Mia Farrow and Patti LuPone join Seth Meyers to discuss their upcoming Broadway play, “The Roommate”. The play, written by Jen Silverman, is set to open on September 12, 2024, at the Booth Theatre. Farrow, known for her roles in “Romantic Comedy” and “The Purple Rose of Cairo”, and LuPone, a three-time Tony Award winner for “Evita”, “Gypsy”, and “Company”, will co-star in this intriguing and quirky production.
The episode also features Myha’la Herrold, an American actress known for her roles in the television series “Industry” and “Modern Love”, as well as films such as “Bodies Bodies Bodies” and “Leave the World Behind”. Herrold, who began her career in theatre, has also appeared in a touring production of “The Book of Mormon”.
Additionally, the show welcomes Simon Rich, a Thurber Prize-winning author known for his hilarious and powerful writing. Rich, a frequent contributor to The New Yorker, has written for Saturday Night Live, Pixar, and The Simpsons. He is also the creator of the TV shows “Man Seeking Woman” and “Miracle Workers”, which are based on his books. His latest work, “Glory Days: Stories”, is a collection of tales about millennials entering the abyss of middle age.
