Late Night with Seth Meyers welcomes John Oliver and Jay Weinberg to the show, airing weeknights at 12:35/11:35c on NBC. John Oliver is the host of the Emmy-winning show Last Week Tonight, and Jay Weinberg is a metal drummer known for his work with bands such as Suicidal Tendencies, Slipknot, and Infectious Grooves.

John Oliver and Seth Meyers have a close relationship, having co-hosted the Strike Force Five podcast during the WGA strike in 2023. They also performed stand-up together at the Beacon Theatre in New York City and will continue their residency at the Beacon Theatre from May to December 2024.

Drummers have been a fixture in late-night shows for years, and Late Night with Seth Meyers has featured a rotating group of drummers since its inception.
