This Thursday’s “Law & Order” presents a classic whodunit scenario: a murdered sports agent, a room full of potential suspects, and one very elusive motive. When the victim turns up stabbed to death, Cosgrove and Shaw have their work cut out for them. Everyone seems to have a reason to want the guy dead, but concrete proof is another matter.
The episode, titled “Tough Love,” quickly becomes a race to determine not just who committed the crime, but why. Assistant District Attorneys Price and Maroun face their own set of problems. Evidence is plentiful, but without a clear motive, building a solid case looks challenging.
Can they find the missing piece of the puzzle? Or will the killer walk free?
