Gotham is about to get a LEGO makeover as LEGO Masters joins the 85th-anniversary celebration of DC Comic’s Batman. Airing Monday, June 23 at 8 PM ET on FOX, the Season 5 episode, titled simply “Batman,” throws down a challenge fitting for the Caped Crusader: build your own Batmobile.
The twist? Teams must pick one of seven iconic Batman eras, from the gritty ’80s Dark Knight to the more stylized ’60s Adam West version, and weave that specific aesthetic into their vehicle’s design. This means we are going to see some wildly different Batmobiles. Competitors have a tight six-hour window to construct their thrilling creations. The directive is clear: either reboot an existing design or dream up something entirely new. Judges will look for both creative flair and structural soundness, making sure these Batmobiles are ready for a spin around Brickburg, or at least a stable display.
This episode is clearly a test of historical knowledge and technical skill, making it a good watch for both LEGO fanatics and Gotham City faithful.
