The 18th season of the award-winning series “Married at First Sight” returns to Chicago, premiering on Tuesday, October 15 at 8/7c on Lifetime. Ten singles seeking love will marry strangers at the altar, followed by honeymoons and cohabitation. After eight weeks, each couple decides whether to stay married or divorce.
This season introduces a mature cast and some unexpected twists, including a cheating scandal leading to a couple swap. Pastor Cal, Dr. Pepper, and Dr. Pia return as experts guiding the couples. Following each episode, “Married at First Sight: Afterparty” hosted by Keshia Knight Pulliam will provide insights from participants and guests.
“Beyond Decision Day” will reveal what happens after the experiment concludes. Two specials, “MAFS: Matchmaking Special” and “MAFS: Kickoff Special” hosted by Kevin Frazier, will air on October 8 starting at 8/7c before the season premiere.
“Married at First Sight” is produced by Kinetic Content, with executive producers including Chris Coelen, Eric Detwiler, Montré Burton, Erica Kessler, Kenda Greenwood Moran, and Cat Rodriguez.
