Lifetime kicks off its fall season with the premiere of “Nightmare in the Desert,” an original movie inspired by actual events. Airing on Sunday, September 15, the movie stars up-and-coming talent Gia De Sauvage in her first leading role, alongside Allen Williamson and Tristan J. Watson.
The story follows Shae (De Sauvage), who returns to her childhood home after her father’s passing, hoping to find closure. Accompanied by her boyfriend, Chris (Watson), they plan to sell her old home and explore Joshua Tree National Park. Unbeknownst to them, a menacing figure is tracking their every move, determined to derail their plans and turn their dream proposal into a nightmare.
Allen Williamson plays Shae’s childhood friend, Burke Elder.
“Nightmare in the Desert” is produced by Johnson Production Group for Lifetime.
