It was a night of glitz, glamour, and breathtaking performances as actor Lisa McCune danced her way to victory on the Grand Finale of Dancing with the Stars. Beating out four other grand finalists, including singing sensation Samantha Jade, Lisa claimed the coveted Mirror Ball Trophy and a prize of $20,000 for charity.

The finale showcased the celebrities’ freestyle routines, with Samantha Jade kicking things off. She performed a burlesque-inspired dance to her own recording of ‘Show Me How to Burlesque,’ earning 38 points. Home and Away star James Stewart scored 30 points with a masculine freestyle, while Nikki Osborne’s Argentine Tango-inspired routine received 31 points.

Ant Middleton delivered a performance that earned him 34 points, and Lisa McCune topped the leaderboard with a perfect score for her old-school Hollywood-inspired performance, wowing the judges and securing her place in the final round. After combining the judges’ scores with the audience vote, Nikki Osborne and James Stewart were eliminated, leaving three celebrities to re-perform their favourite dances from earlier in the series.
