So, another week, another round of celebrity chatter and self-improvement tips on “Live with Kelly and Mark.” Let’s face it, the morning show formula is well-worn, but sometimes the guest list can offer a surprising jolt of caffeine to the usual routine. This week, it seems we’re getting a bit of both — from Broadway buzz to the thorny terrain of “healthy eating.”
Kicking things off on Monday, January 27, Zachary Quinto graces the stage to dish about his Broadway venture, “Cult of Love.” We also get Grant Ellis, the latest Bachelor, which means there will undoubtedly be some excruciatingly earnest conversation about finding love amidst a manufactured rose-fueled hellscape. And for the musical interlude, it’s David Gray.
Tuesday, January 28 brings Sterling K. Brown discussing Hulu’s “Paradise.” Given Brown’s track record, it’s likely safe to assume “Paradise” isn’t a wacky sitcom about retirees in Florida. Lisa Ann Walter, currently basking in the glow of “Abbott Elementary”‘s success, will also appear. And because no week on daytime TV is complete without a dose of medical advice, Dr. Wendy Bazilian continues “How to Thrive in ’25” with — you guessed it — nutrition talk.
Wednesday, January 29 sees Lacey Chabert joining the Kelly and Mark circus, along with Dr. Jennifer Ashton, who will tackle the protein portion of the “Thrive in ’25” health blitz. One can only hope this doesn’t devolve into a debate about the merits of bone broth.
Thursday, January 30 brings Garcelle Beauvais is on the show today. Then it’s shopping day with Monica Mangin. Because apparently, hawking merchandise is now considered a form of entertainment. Dr. William Li closes out the day with another “Thrive in ’25” segment, this time focusing on “food as medicine.”
Finally, Friday, January 31 brings back Lauren Graham, always a welcome presence. The “Thrive in ’25” saga concludes with Dr. Melina Jampolis explaining how to boost GLP-1 naturally. And for the grand finale, musical guest Aloe Blacc.
