On Friday, May 3, 2024, Live with Kelly and Mark welcomes Winston Duke, the Tobagonian-Rwandan actor known for his roles in Marvel’s “Black Panther” films, and Kim Fields, an actress and director who rose to fame as a child star on the sitcom “Good Times.”
Winston Duke, born in Argyle, Tobago, began his acting career with small roles in television shows like “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” and “Modern Family.” He gained prominence as M’Baku in Marvel’s “Black Panther” and its sequels, “Avengers: Infinity War” and “Avengers: Endgame.” Duke has also appeared in Jordan Peele’s horror film “Us” and will star in David Leitch’s upcoming action film “The Fall Guy.”
Kim Fields, born in New York City, began her career as a child actress on the sitcom “Good Times” and rose to fame as Dorothy “Tootie” Ramsey in the NBC sitcom “Diff’rent Strokes” and its spin-off, “The Facts of Life.” She went on to play Regine Hunter in the hit sitcom “Living Single.” Fields has since ventured into directing and producing, working on shows like “Kenan & Kel”, “Tyler Perry’s House of Payne”, and currently “The Upshaws”.
