First up is Sutton Foster, the two-time Tony Award-winning actress known for her roles in “The Drowsy Chaperone” and “The Music Man.” Foster returns to Broadway as Princess Winnifred in “Once Upon a Mattress,” a beloved musical fairytale based on Hans Christian Andersen’s “The Princess and the Pea.” Foster’s performance as the eccentric Princess Winnifred has been hailed as “ebullient, joyful, and perfectly goofy” by The New York Times.
Next, the show welcomes chef Joseph Yoon, a world-renowned edible insect ambassador and thought leader. Yoon, the founder of Brooklyn Bugs, aims to normalize the consumption of insects and promote their nutritional and sustainability benefits. He has collaborated with various organizations, including the United Nations, to address food security and sustainability challenges.
