In the second episode of the new season of Channel 4’s Location, Location, Location, dynamic property experts Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer return to assist more house hunters in navigating the ever-shifting property market. This time, they’re in Yorkshire, helping two couples who are facing challenges due to a lack of space.
Kirstie meets active couple Emily and Joe, NHS workers whose rental agreement is ending. They’re on the hunt for their perfect first home, one that can accommodate all their belongings. Kirstie is on a mission to find them a property with the potential to become more than just a starter home. She presents them with two options, and Emily and Joe must decide which one suits their needs best, prompting Kirstie to act quickly to secure their preferred choice.
Meanwhile, Phil takes on an even more urgent search for space. He’s assisting a family of five—Suki, Kuli, and their three young daughters—who are currently squeezed into a three-bedroom home, with Kuli also using one of the bedrooms as a home office. Phil’s task is to find them a larger house with ample room for the family and their guests, good outdoor space, and a location close to their current neighborhood. Phil identifies a promising contender, and it’s up to Suki and Kuli to decide if this could be their dream home.
Will Kirstie and Phil succeed in their respective missions to find these families the space and homes they desperately need?
