The Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta crew is jetting off to a music festival, but don’t expect kumbaya and singalongs. This is, after all, L&HH, where sunshine and rainbows are usually just a prelude to a torrential downpour of drama. Season 13 kicks off with Spice leading the charge to Unruly Fest, where the cast is set to perform their much-hyped (by them, at least) album.
The music though is often just background noise to the real main event: interpersonal conflict. The simmering feud between Scrappy and Khaotic shows no signs of cooling down, despite attempts at reconciliation. Expect fireworks, possibly literal ones if someone throws a drink. Or a shoe. The possibilities are endless.
It’s a familiar formula, but it works. L&HH: Atlanta delivers the chaotic energy and relationship drama that viewers have come to expect, and this season seems unlikely to break the mold. Whether this trip across the pond will amplify the existing tensions or somehow forge unexpected alliances is the one burning question that might actually justify tuning in.
