Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer return with more reflections on their impressive renovations and complex house-hunting journeys, as they guide couples across the UK through the ‘Love It or List It’ conundrum. In this episode, they revisit two unique stories, each with their own distinct downstairs dilemmas.
In Royal Wootton Bassett, newlyweds Matt and Lucia’s home is dominated by their rescued pets, leaving minimal living space for the family of five. Lucia yearns for a more suitable home, while Matt believes that alterations can make their current house work. Kirstie takes on the challenge of transforming their downstairs layout, while Phil embarks on a difficult search with a limited area and a long list of requirements.
Meanwhile, in Alnwick, Baptist ministers Chris and Caroline face a different issue.
