“Man Like Mobeen” Season 4 Premieres 8 June on BBC Three

The highly anticipated fourth season of the popular BBC comedy Man Like Mobeen premieres on BBC Three and BBC iPlayer on Thursday, June 8.

The four-part comedy is written by Guz Khan and co-creator Andy Milligan and produced by Tiger Aspect (a division of Banijay UK) in association with Dice Roll Productions. It is set in Birmingham and has been nominated for a Bafta.

What is in store for the fourth season

Mobeen, a former drug dealer turned good Muslim caring for his younger sister and running away from his troubled past, was first introduced to viewers when he was making an effort to turn his life around. Since then, he has mostly succeeded in leading a quiet life, but in the series three cliffhanger finale, he and his close friend Nate were locked up in prison after Eight was murdered. As they readjust to life behind bars, they can expect to see some old friends again, albeit in very unusual circumstances. All this means is that Mobeen and Nate will have to face new obstacles and circumstances once more. Can our heroes avoid further mischief and fulfil their wish of leading a quiet life until the end of their sentence?

The entire series will debut on BBC Three at 10 o’clock that night, as well as on BBC iPlayer the following day, Thursday, June 8.
