In the latest episode of Marcus in the Med: Mallorca, chef Marcus Wareing continues his culinary exploration of the island. This time, he looks at the world of Mallorcan tapas and discovers a diverse range of flavours and traditions.
The episode sees Marcus seeking out the best tapas the island has to offer. He starts his journey by tasting some local favourites, including clams, tortilla, and deep-fried courgette flowers.
Marcus also discovers the unique and beloved local drink, Vermouth, which has become an integral part of the Mallorcan tapas experience.
