This Sunday, CNN presents the 26th annual “Mark Twain Prize for American Humor,” celebrating the comedic genius of Conan O’Brien. Filmed on March 23rd at the Kennedy Center, the gala features a veritable who’s who of comedy royalty, all paying tribute to the late-night legend.

From Bill Burr’s sardonic wit to Stephen Colbert’s sharp satire, the performances span the comedic spectrum. Will Ferrell, David Letterman, John Mulaney, Sean Evans, Nikki Glaser, Kumail Nanjiani, Tracy Morgan, Adam Sandler, Andy Richter, Reggie Watts, and Sarah Silverman round out a star-studded roster of talent assembled to honor O’Brien’s contributions to American humor. Even music director Max Weinberg gets in on the act.
