The show, hosted by matchmaking experts Pastor Cal Roberson, sociologist Pepper Schwartz, and psychotherapist Pia Holec, featured five couples who agreed to participate in an unconventional social experiment. The couples, all from Denver, included Emily and Brennan, Clare and Cameron, Becca and Austin, Lauren and Orion, and Michael and a mystery partner.
Even before the season began, there were hints of impending drama. One couple didn’t even make it to the altar, with Michael being left at the aisle by his intended bride, Chloe.
