Giddy up! “The Masked Singer” is putting on its cowboy boots and heading to the Grand Ole Opry this Wednesday. “Grand Ole Opry Night” will feature the Group B finalists belting out country classics, with a few surprises thrown in for good measure.
The episode kicks off with a group performance of “Save A Horse (Ride A Cowboy),” which frankly, sounds like a logistical nightmare with those elaborate costumes. From there, the masked crooners will tackle individual numbers, including hits like “Here You Come Again,” “Take Me Home, Country Roads,” and “Something In The Water.” Expect plenty of twang, a few tears, and maybe even a yodel or two.
Filling in for Rita Ora on the judging panel is comedian and avowed country music fan Casey Wilson. She’ll join regulars Ken Jeong, Robin Thicke, and Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg in trying to decipher the clues and guess the identities of the singers.
Of course, the night will culminate in a Battle Royale, with one singer unmasked and sent packing while the others advance to the “Lucky Six.” Who will stay and who will go? Tune in to FOX this Wednesday, March 19th at 8:00 PM ET/PT to find out.
